1- PROJECT MANAGER
a. Education and Experience
- 15 - 20 years in the field of project management
- The applicant must have experience in the execution of the 380kV substations / 132kY substations and executed at least two projects as project manager.
- The applicant should be an electrical engineer.
b. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Leads the project team in determining client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.- Develops and manages project plans/charters, obtains appropriate client and approvals.
- Determines, monitors and reviews all project economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.
- Identifies and assembles the appropriate blend of resources to meet project needs and requirements, manages sub-contractors as required. - Develops and manages project schedules and budgets in order to deliver the project on-time and on-budget
- Creates communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders.
- Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the project, including financial health and status of the project, all risks, issues, changes, deliverables, etc.
- Develops project control and reporting procedures and manages changes in operational plan.
- Establishes appropriate metrics for measuring key project success criteria - Identifies and assesses risks, severity and impacts; determines and implements risk mitigation strategies, communicates risk to client and internal as appropriate. Manages and mitigates all risks throughout life-cycle of project.
- Coaches and advises team members to accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues
2. SITE MANAGER
a. Education and Experience
- 5 years related experience as Site Manager
- Knowledge in MS Project, Excel and Word
- Experience in electrical works in substations, Electrical, Construction Engineering.
- Knowledge of budget management and controls
b . Responsibilities and Duties:
- Executing works at the site with subcontractors according to the plans, specs, local codes and local regulations.
- Managing the budget for the site.
- Managing the safety and HSE plan for the site.
- Analyzing and resolving work problems at the site.
- The logistic at site, coordinate and balance the equipment per schedule.
- Managing sub contractors, coordinate and balance the sub contractors power man & equipment as per the work plan R
- The QA for sites which are in his area.
- Work with the end user and the customer.
3. HSE ENGINEER
a. Education and Experience:
i. 5 years of experience in the same field of HSE in the construction project (Power/ Energy)
ii. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Engineering).
iii. Knowledge of (OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, first aids) iv. Fluent in English - Spoken and Written (+ Arabic is preferable)
b. Responsibilities and Duties:
i. Organize, implement and manage the HSE functions at site as per company's / Project's HSE plan.
ii. Deliver site safety induction courses for the new staff.
iii. Implementing emergency procedures.
iv. Performs inspections and provide the support or alert the project team of any potential problem or hazard.
v. Conducting internal audits
vi. Attend monthly meeting and reporting on HSE performance, safety accidents and incidents.
4- HSE OFFICER
a. Education and Experience:
i. 5 years of experience in the same field of HSE in the construction project (Power/ Energy)
ii. Bachelor's / Diploma's Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Science).
iii. Or Knowledge of (OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, first aids) Certification is plus.
iv. Very Good in English - Spoken and Written (+ Arabic is preferable)
b. Responsibilities and Duties:

Qualifications

- Five (5) or more years experience working as A Projects cost control Accountant
- ICDL CERTIFIED
