Business Manager for Oil, Gas and Chemicals Services


Job Responsibilities:

Management, performance and development of Business activities related to Inspection, Verification, Testing and Certification services of Oil, Gas and Chemicals division.
 

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering and/or relevant educational qualification; Master Mariner certificate holder will be preferred;

Minimum of 5 years management experience and knowledge of Inspection techniques in Oil, Gas and Chemical sector;
5+ years experience in Petroleum and Petroleum Product inspection;

Knowledge of Crude Oil, Petroleum, Chemicals and LPG handling;
Experience in oil movement operation, quantification, quality assurance and familiarity with cargo documentation;
Experience in performance of general survey and discharge/loading attendance of LPG, Ethylene and Propylene gas etc.

Ship/shore safety and operational awareness;
Excellent planning, coordination, reporting and organization skills;

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
Highly motivated who believe in delivering results;
Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken (Arabic is an advantage);

Computer skills and experience with MS Office software such as Word, Excel, Power Point.


Business Manager - Industrial Services


Job Responsibilities:

Management and performance of large industrial projects in addition to a prime responsibility as development of Industrial business for 3rd part inspection and certification activities.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor degree or Postgraduate qualification in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering;
Minimum of 5 years management experience in Industrial Engineering environment;

Knowledge of Inspection techniques in Oil & Gas Industrial sector;

Qualified and experienced in Advanced NDT techniques i.e. TOFD and/or Phased Array Techniques, holding either ASNT,PCN or EN473 TOFD/Phased Array qualifications; and /or
Qualified and experienced in Eddy Current/MFL and/or IRIS Techniques, holding either PCN or ASNT Level II Eddy Current qualifications;

Specialized in tendering for large projects;
Minimum Level 3 in one NDT technique and Corrosion specialist;
Execution and monitoring of project progress.

ASNT NDT Level III – Certified by American Society for Non-destructive Testing for RT, UT, MT, PT and VT;

Certified Welding Inspector (AWS-CWI) – American Welding Society


Thorough knowledge of Codes and Standards: ASME, NBIC, ASTM, ANSI, API, AWS, ASNT, NACE, TEMA, BS, PED and common industry / user specification.

Highly motivated who believe in delivering results;
Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken (Arabic is an advantage);

ii) Manage the Group's FX and Interest Risks.

F) Aligns the Group's Risk Management and with its Strategic Objectives, informs Business Units about Risk Management Strategies and formalizes the Risk Management Framework & Functions.

G) Identifies and prioritizes all Key Risks impacting the Group (including Material & Commodities Risks).

H) Introduces the use of Risk Measurements like Value at Risk (VaR), Earnings at Risk (EaR), Cash Flow at Risk (CFaR), etc.

I) Responsible for insurance selection and administration

Education: BS Degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience: At least 8 years, relevant in prime organizations/banks.


3- Financial Analyst 


Role:

A) Gathers and analyzes the Group and its Companies') financial information. Such analysis includes Cost-benefit, Evaluates different options available to the Group to select from. This is in addition to spotting Trends as well as Economic, Industrial and Corporate Developments to come up with forecasts.

B) Assesses the economic performance of specific companies & industries,

C) Writes reports, and makes written and oral presentations to the Management on his findings/recommendations.
Analyst will rely heavily on Financial Modeling and Forecasting to make financial recommendations).


Education: Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting. CFA.

Experience: At least 4 years in investment banks/prime organizations.

To be considered for the job, the candidate should:

• Hold medical qualifications such as MBBS, MBChB or equivalent

• Have a master degree or clinical board in medical field preferably in family medicine, emergency medicine or internal medicine, with five years' experience in the field

• Have been in a management position for 3 & 5 years


5. Medical manager


The Medical Manager will responsible for managing effectively the providers' unit costs, reconciliation of accounts, and carry a professional review for the medical claims to help achieve the business objective and to support the business priorities.
