The Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO), wholly owned by the Government of Bahrain, is engaged in the oil
industry including exploration and prospecting for

for the following positions in the Sales & Marketing
group.
CONSUMER SALES SUPERVISOR (FOR CONSUMER MARKETS)
Reporting to and as directed the Coordinator Sales &
Marketing the incumbent has prime responsibility to
develop Sales of lubricant products in the local
consumer market.
Regularly visit dealers and customers, reporting to
the Senior Coordinator Lubricants. Responsible to:
prepare and implement marketing plans, define
individual sales responsibilities, territories and
targets, prepare monthly sales and financial reports,
direct Distributor Supervisor on export sales, direct
the Local Sales team and review progress and targets,
plan sales promotion activities, etc.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor Degree in
Business studies from a recognized university, and has
minimum of 7 years experience gained working for a
major international oil company with knowledge in the
automotive and industrial lubricant sales.
COMMERCIAL SALES SUPERVISOR (FOR KEY ACCOUNTS)
Reporting to and as directed the Coordinator Sales &
Marketing the incumbent will work in defined segments
of the commercial market to achieve sales targets and
desired level of customer satisfaction. Regularly
visit commercial customers to develop lubricant
business.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor Degree in an
Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical
Engineering from a recognized university, a minimum of
7 years experience specifically in the lubricant
business.
Candidate for both positions must have following
attributes:
• Smart, presentable and pleasant behavior and
attitude.
• Excellent communication, presentation and
negotiation skills.
• Good Analytical skills.
• Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
• Ability to perform under pressure to meet sales target.
• Possess valid GCC driving license.

of a well-equipped refinery machine shop with a wide

marketing and related facilities. The range of
machines include lathes, grinders, milling, drilling,
jig boring, horizontal boring, slotting, engraving,
balancing and broaching machines plus vertical and
floor borers, overhead cranes etc.
The ideal candidate will have:
• B.Sc. / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
or equivalent discipline.
• 12 years experience in a refinery or similar
heavy process industry of which at least five years
should have been in a supervisory capacity.
• Experienced in trouble shooting machine tool
and overhead crane problems.
• Specialized knowledge of in-situ machining,
special metalizing processes and use of balancing
machines.
Candidate for both positions must have following
attributes:
