Key Account Manager
Key Account Manager – KSA. Salary Negotiable. Multinational. To be based in Al Khobar / Dammam – KSA. THE COMPANY. For the KSA offi ce of a European multinational manufacturer. THE OPPORTUNITY. You will be required to manage all the strategic aspects of specifi ed key accounts, motivate and support existing and new distributors, achieve set sales targets, execute product launches and coach the distributor’s sales teams. With the dealers’ management, you will review the actual and future sales and marketing program and forecast for the company, and will work in close relation with the customer service sales representative for the area. Whilst creating demand at end-user level, you will constantly evaluate the market in order to maintain and/or expand the dealer network and will communicate internally any significant trend or opportunity in the market with regard to sales, marketing and product development. Travel will be essential; only those applicants able and willing to be based in Saudi Arabia should apply.
REQUIRED SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCE
• The successful candidate will ideally be Arab or Western Educated.
• Applicants MUST be fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
• You should have a relevant qualification, ideally a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a technical discipline or business.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within the industrial, manufacturing or oil & gas industries is essential.
• You must be experienced in managing key accounts, motivating and supporting distributors and meeting sales targets.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is desirable.
