ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, CLINIC OPERATIONS


Position Summary:

Responsible to the Director, Clinic Operations for the
day-to-day operations of all the Out Patients Clinics
and for the Coordination of the development and
implementation of Customer Excellence Programmes.


Educational Requirements & Professional Experience:

Masters Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Healthcare
Administration Bachelors Degree in Nursing from a
recognized educational institution minimum 7 years
Healthcare experience of which 3 years should be in a
managerial role in a busy out-patient setting.
Experience and understanding of Accreditation
protocols and procedures desired.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day operational management
of the outpatient clinics, Assist in the development
of Individuals Clinic Managers both managerially and
clinically through mentorship and performance
improvement programmes, identifying areas for employee improvement and developing recommended strategies to align employee skills with requirements and
expectations of the position held.

Develop programmes to optimize operational performance through quality, efficiency and service excellence in line with American Hospital’s Vision, Mission and Purpose and JCIA standards.

drawings plans, valid driving license is mandatory


• SAFETY OFFICER

Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Management or Industrial
Engineering with thorough knowledge of safety
procedures and practices. At least 2-4 years
experience in similar capacity in a manufacturing
industry


• LAND SURVEYORS

Graduate / Diploma holder with minimum 4 years
experience in Land Survey. Expertise in Total Station
(Electronic Theodolite) or similar application,
AutoCAD and MS Excel are mandatory


• SPRAY PAINTERS

Working experience in manufacturing industry


• AUTOCAD OPERATOR

Experience not less than 2 years and should have good
command over AutoCAD 2D & 3D, capable to interpret
shop drawing plans


• PROJECT COORDINATOR

Experience not less than 3 years in projects
coordination activities and has the capability to read
the shop drawing plans, valid driving license is an
advantage


• HELPERS

Semi skilled labor having manufacturing industry
experience with good physique
