A leading company headquartered in Riyadh with branches kingdom wide is seeking to hire a highly qualified and experienced lawyer to work at its headquarter in Riyadh. The candidate will be required to independently handle all company legal and contractual affairs and to prepare documents to be submitted to courts of arbitration inside KSA and abroad. Candidate shall have the following minimum qualification and experience requirements:
• Bachelor / Master Degree in law, with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a similar position in the legal field with a proven record.
• Must have an exceptionally extraordinary command of both written and spoken Arabic and English languages
• Must be Arabic native speaker
• familiarity with the Saudi legal system, specially arbitration law and arbitration procedures with regard to client-company disputes and contractual matters, is a plus
• Age limit 35 - 45 years
• Must be computer literate
• Must have a transferable residential card (Iqama), in case of non Saudis
• Must be well organized and must have the ability and skill to work independently with minimum or no supervision
