• Monitor Receipts and issuance of materials

• Periodic physical verification of stock

• Booking transactions in ERP system

• Implement and develop Inventory system

• Optimize use of existing stock

. Supervise the subordinate staff

. Ensure proper documentation of material transactions

. Produce monthly management reports on Inventory



Purchase Officer

• Identify potential supplier

• Check and process of Material requisitions and follow up with user depts.

Qualifications and skills:



• Commerce/Business graduate preferably with specialization in material management

• 5 years experience preferably in Oil and Gas sector

• Working in ERP like Oracle Financial

• Preference will be given to Saudis
