Factory Manager
- High-level leadership and decision-making skills.
- Able to motivate, influence, and train people.
- Able to interact with all professionals of Plant Management.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- A very good command in English language, Arabic language preferably
- 10 years minimum experience in aluminum manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, logistics, or related field.
- Masters in business or logistics is an added advantage.
HR Manager
- Degree or diploma in human resources management, business administration or equivalent
- Generalist human resources experience not less than 8 years, preferably in the industrial sectors
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management
- Knowledge of business principles
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- A very good command in English and Arabic language. Is a must
Quality Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in an applied science or engineering field.
- 10 years prior experience in Quality Assurance for Aluminum manufacturing.
- Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills in English, Arabic is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in quality management systems.
- Experience in quality system audits.
Financial Manager
- Accounting Degree Of a Reputable University
- Knowledge of accepted accounting Practices and Principles
- Knowledge of Auditing practices and Principles
- Knowledge of Applicable laws, codes and regulations
- Knowledge and experience of related financial computer applications
- 10 Years experience in the management of financial systems and budgets.
- Financial reporting, financial Data analysis, auditing, with the ability to provide financial advice.
