following personnel in the Sales and Marketing
Department with relevant work experience to meet the
requirements indicated:
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – (2 POSITIONS)
The applicant should meet the following requirements:
• Sound academic background with graduate
qualification in Engineering/Business
Management/Marketing Management.
• Additional training in Foreign Trade with an
institute of repute.
• 15 to 20 years experience in a managerial
position, with a proven record in international
marketing division of a large manufacturing industry,
preferably in the Steel Industry. Experience in the
sales of carbon steel long products would be an added
advantage.
• Additional experience in legal knowledge of
Contracts and Agreements would be an added advantage.
SALES OFFICERS – PROJECT SALES - (2 POSITIONS)
DISTRIBUTOR SALES – (2 POSITIONS)
The applicant should meet the following requirements:
• Sound academic background with graduate
qualification in Engineering/Business
Management/Marketing Management.
• Additional training in Foreign Trade with an
institute of repute would be an added advantage.
• 8 to 10 years experience in Senior Sales
position, with a proven track record in a large
manufacturing industry preferably in the Steel
industry.
• Additional experience in the sales of carbon
steel long products would be an advantage. Four
positions are available, either in Distribution Sales
or in Project Sales.
• In the case of Project Sales the successful
applicant would be required to build close working
relationships with steel fabricators and consultants
to identify projects that will require carbon steel
structural sections in the GCC region. Then to insure
that SULB is selected as the supplier of preference
and to guide the process from project conception
through to final vendor selection, pricing, order
placement and delivery.
• In the case of Distributor Sales the
successful incumbent will be expected to have existing
excellent, long term relationships with steel
distributors and stockists of carbon steel structural
products.
