requires the following positions. All positions will
be based in Kuwait.
MAINTENANCE MECHANIC ENGINEER / TECHNICIAN
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER / TECHNICIAN
Major Functions:
• Preventive maintenance.
• Trouble shooting.
• Create work orders in Maximo and SIV.
• Ordering materials and spare parts in Maximo.
• To assist in housekeeping of workshop and
working areas.
• Work in shift.
Education:
• A Bachelors degree / Diploma in Mechanical /
Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years hand on
experience in maintenance of foodstuff production
machines.
• Self motivated and result oriented with good
team spirit.
• Good communication skills in English.
BUDGETING AND PLANNING MANAGER
• Manage the annual budgeting and planning
process.
• Provide reports on consolidated annual
budgets, forecasts and action plans required.
• Design and maintain the Budget Manual and
procedures.
• Implement, maintain and provide Budgeting and
planning training sessions.
• Lead, develop and provide guidance to budget
analysis.
• Manage business planning and management
reporting.
Ideal candidates for this position must have:
• Bachelor degree in Finance / Accountancy.
Master degree will be preferred.
• Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in
Business planning & budgeting with manufacturing /
FMCG industry.
• Must have knowledge of MS Office, Oracle or
any finance related ERP.
COSTING MANAGER
• Carry out all activities pertaining to cost
control, plan, lead, coordinate and report financial
cost for large scale in every aspect from development
and review of estimates to cash flow projection,
invoice reviews.
• Preparation of cost reports, trend reports,
risk assessment and forecasting.
• Managing all cost control / reporting systems
and procedures such as product costs, revenues,
forecast purchase of materials, equipment and
services.
• Co-ordination with various operations and
support units to ensure timely and accurate cost data.
• Preparation of cost report updates and report
generation for review by management.
Ideal candidates for this position must have:
• Master degree in Accounting or Chartered
Accountant.
• 10 plus years of hands-on standard coasting
experience inclusive of 2 years management experience.
• Must have knowledge of MS Office, Oracle or
any finance related ERP.
• Planning, forecasting, corporate financial
reporting and strategic business analysis.
• Software implementations and project
management.
• Support the business capabilities in the areas
of corporate finance, Finance Operations and
Enterprise Performance Management to help them achieve
high performance.
• Support the Business report development with
use of reporting tools (Web Analysis, HDR, OBIEE) and
MS Office integration (smart view) and ETL tools,
including FDM and other integration adaptors (ODI,
DAC).
• Working with financial team to automate
business processes for planning, budgeting and
Forecasting.
Ideal candidates for this position must have:
• Bachelor Degree, MBA and other higher degree
will be preferred.
• 8 - 10 years of general relevant experience.
• Possess a strong system background and have
experience in following software tools: Hyperion
EssBase, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Finance
Management, Hyperion Reports, and Hyperion Web
Analysis.
• Possess excellent problem solving skills.
