1. 3D CAD DESIGNER:

Degree in Engineering or Architecture is an advantage, at least 5 years 
experience producing drawings in Auto Cad, Micro station or Revit. Knowledge 
in 3D modeling, rendering, developing perspective using 3D Max, Sketch up, 
Photoshop, etc.


2. QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Bachelors degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying, minimum 5 years 
experience in pre and post construction quantity surveying. Knowledgeable of 
the Gulf standards and practices. Proficient in preparing Quantity Surveying 
documents including budgetary and cost estimates from sketch drawings and Bill 
of Quantities for all disciplines. Able to evaluate, prepare and implement 
variation orders, cost analysis and draw up reports on changes to work and 
contractor’s claims/variations.


3. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

University degree with excellent English verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Sound knowledge of computer programs (windows, Microsoft office, Photoshop etc.). Able to act as representative in events, gatherings and meetings, and presenting information on behalf of the Manager, Planning and preparing meetings, working with clients, scheduling and preparing for 
conferences. Managing and maintaining data shared between the departments, filing and recording information.


4. ADMIN. ASSISTANT

University degree, computer literate (Windows, Microsoft Office, Photoshop etc.). Able to communicate effectively in answering telephone calls. Can perform administrative and office support by maintaining records, filing 
systems, back up computer files, operate office machines and maintain office inventories.
