The HR Officer is responsible for providing general
office & administrative support to the Human Resources
staff. Processing and maintaining personnel records,
forms and files, and screening incoming job

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of general office experience or
equivalency.


TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

The Training and Development Officer is responsible
for planning, designing, coordinating and managing
value adding training and development programs,
systems and procedures for the staff and employees of
Alfisal University in line with HR policies and
procedures and the university’s overall strategic
objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
Management or related equivalent.

PR & MARKETING OFFICER


The PR & Marketing Officer is responsible for managing
the planning and implementation of a public relations
program that disseminates news about college events,
research achievements and personality profiles to the
media, regional governments and local community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations or
equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in public relation
preferably in university environment.


ACCREDITATION OFFICER


The Accreditation Officer is responsible for assisting
the Director for Accreditation & Quality Assurance in
providing general accreditation requirements in order
to conduct daily tasks and administrative support. He
is also part of the staff of the center of Quality
Assurance. He serves as a coordinator with MoHE and
NCAAA.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field.
• 2-4 years of related and relevant experience,
preferably in academic environment.


QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER


The QA Officer is responsible for assisting the
Quality Assurance & Accreditation Director in
providing general Accreditation requirements in order
to conduct daily tasks and administrative support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field.
• 2-4 years of related and relevant experience,
preferably in academic environment.


FUND RAISING OFFICER

The Fundraising Officer is responsible to assist with
campaign and development activities, coordinate the

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

The Executive Assistant is responsible to perform a
wide range of administrative and general support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
or related equivalency.

Participates in the implementation of the Chart of
Accounts and other Accounting applications, maintains
GL, accounting applications and books. Works closely

Qualifications:

• Significant experience and proven record in

COUNSELING ADVISOR


A Counselor is an individual that meets, talks and
assists people with challenges, issues and decisions

case of a guidance counselor, the specific duties
pertain to assisting student plans and to play a vital
part as a listener, talker and student adviser about
social and academic challenges.

WEB DEVELOPER


The Web Developer is responsible for meeting the web
services needs of the Alfaisal University and includes
the managing of web server, traffic control, updating
content on the university web pages, maintaining a

Qualifications:

GRAPHIC DESIGNER


The Graphic Designer is responsible to evaluate client
