• Monitor operations/activities handled by staff/handling/cargo agents/airport agents to enhance efficient service delivery and maintain schedule integrity
• Supervision of staff on duty and liaison with other service providers to ensure safe operations and on time departure of flights
• Manage the preparation of pre/post flight departure reports for records maintenance and performance analysis
• Maintain excellent relations with other airlines and airport service providers in order to secure commercial business from airport on KQ flights
• Brief/Debrief flight crew to establish smooth flight operations
