Qualification: B.E. Mechanical w/ 4-5 yrs. experience on EAF/LF/DCS/WCS/AAS. Diploma (Mechanical) w/ 5-10 years experience in Steel Melt Shop. Proficiency in English is a must both oral and written.
• Foreman, Hydraulics & Mill Utility (Job Code ISPC-01)
Qualification: Course in Advance Hydraulics, min. 5 yrs expo as Hydraulic Foreman in Heavy industries or Hydraulic Service Center; Preventive and Corrective maintenance of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Central Oil Lubrication and Central Greasing System; hands-on logical troubleshooter of Servo-hydraulic System; completed special courses/training in Pneumatic system; familiar with High Pressure System safety practices.
• Senior Hydraulic & Mill Utility Technician (Job Code ISPC-02)
Qualification: Basic training course in Hydraulic System, min. 5 yrs. experience as Hydraulic Technician in Heavy industries preferably in Rolling Mills; Preventive and corrective maintenance of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Central a Lubrication and Central Greasing System; hands-on logical troubleshooter of Conventional & Proportional Hydraulic System; completed special courses/training in Pneumatic System; Familiar with High Pressure System safety practices
• Process Engineer (Job Code ISPC-03)
Qualification: Mechanical or Industrial Engr. w/ 5 yrs. min. experience in same work field is a big advantage and will be given priority, with advanced Analytical/Problem solving skills and Statistical process control. Proficiency in English is a must both oral and written.
• Automation Engineer (Job Code ISPC-04)
Qualification: Electrical/Electronic Engr. w/ 5-10 yrs. experience as Automation Engr. in Steel Rolling Mill/Heavy Industries/Process Industries. Automation System Integrator; having sound Programming / Maintenance knowledge & documentation of Siemens PLC & SCADA mainly S-7 200/300/400 Series PLC , Wincc flexible 2005 / Wincc 6.02, AlienBradley PLC/ SCADA mainly PLC-5, SLC, Control Logic 5555 & RS View 32, SCADA of Wonder Ware In Touch, working knowledge of AC (DC Drives mainly ABB- DCS 500 & 800, ACS 600 & 800, SSD Drives 590+ & 690+; sound knowledge of Networking / Level 2 Automation and Plant Instrumentation, good logical thinking and troubleshooting skills .
• Electrical Technician (Job Code ISPC-05)
Qualification: Electrical Course, 5-10 yrs. experience as Senior Electrician in Steel Rolling Mill/Heavy Industries/Process Industries, having hands-on working experience of maintenance of AC / DC Motors up to the capacity of 1300 KW, MCCS, PCCS, Transformers, Medium Voltage H.T Switchgears, EaT Cranes, AC/DC Drives and Soft Starters, able to read the drawing and solve the problem independently, basic troubleshooting knowledge of Siemens 5-7 Series PLCS/ AllenBradley PLCs / Process Instruments i.e., HMD, Loop Scanner; Encoder; Pressure and Flow Transmitter; PID Controller; etc.
