The job requires participation in negotiation, preparation and review of all types of contracts, preparation of rules, regulations and internal policies, drafting pleadings and legal memoranda on disputes, provide preventive advice to the President and the different departments of the Company, global monitoring of the status f registered industrial rights and handling internal and administrative investigations. must have hands on experience in licensing.
