Food Safety and Public Health Trainers (Full Time)
Functions:
Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Training Center Manager, the incumbent will perform the required tasks:
- Provide HACCP based Basic Food Hygiene Training course for all Food and Beverage staff with certification
- Provide RABC based Public health Training course for all Barber Shops and Laundries, Beverage staff with certification
Experience and Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant Hygiene, GMPs, HACCP, Risk Management and ISO 22000
Required Qualifications:
- Post Secondary education in related food science studies and/or public health is preferred
- One to two years of related work experience in the following fields: Public Health and/or Food Science (Restaurants, Hotels or Food industries is a must) and /or (Laundry industries)
- Good understanding of Food Safety/Quality Assurance legislation and practices
- Proven training experience
- Fluent in English (oral and in writing), Bilingual is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
